From my Clients I process and retain information for the purposes and periods applicable to the legal frame of our contract.
As my client, I may hold the following information about you:
- Your Name
- contact number
- email address
- Your demographic location – address and postcode with photocopies of documents confirming your address.
- Billing and payment information
- Documents relevant to the service I provide for example for a limited company – registration number, letters of authorisation you give me to act on your behalf, correspondence with HMRC if you authorise me to represent you.
- To obtain authority I will need additional information like your National Insurance Number, Codes and registration numbers with authorities and relevant references.
I use personal data of my clients to meet our contractual requirements to provide service. I store my clients’ personal data as required by law such as for tax purposes.
All financial information on my clients is stored for total of 6 years.
All new clients fill in the authorisation form, where they clearly state the service and representation level they require. In case of representation, only data indicated by the authorities is shared with them. This would normally be your name, address, your NI and registration numbers for the service.
You have the right to access information I hold on you, request its correction or even apply for its removal. You can request your information via contact form on this website.
